Who we are
Founded in 2023 and based in Fort Worth, Texas, CienOne is a veteran-owned and operated company providing long-distance non-emergency medical transportation for trips of 200 miles or more. Our team includes veterans and public safety experts who understand the significance of kindness, efficiency, and care. Every member of our staff is licensed and drug tested. As a veteran-owned company, we take showing up on time and following through seriously.
What we do
We move customers who can’t safely drive or fly from one bed to another, often across several states: from a hospital, rehab center, nursing home or private home to the next one. Services include senior transport, bedside-to-bedside transport for customers who are bed-ridden, bariatric transport, and long-distance patient transport between healthcare facilities.
When a trip is booked, we take care of the trip end to end: we work with the facility the customer is leaving and the facility they’re heading to, schedule our own van and crew, attend to the customer’s needs on the road, and handle the drop-off on arrival. Families don’t have to coordinate the moving parts themselves.

- Stryker power-load stretcher rated up to 700 lbs; rear doors that open 270 degrees for safe loading
- A custom trip plan built around the customer’s medical needs, with coordinators who keep the family updated throughout
- Meals and snacks along the way, included in the trip price
- Air conditioning, music systems and TV on board; one companion can often ride along
Paying for your trip
CienOne is private pay. After your trip, we provide an itemized receipt you can submit when seeking reimbursement or approval. We accept debit and credit cards, checks, Zelle, and wire transfers. Special financing available with the CareCredit credit card*.
