What affects the price of your trip
- The customer’s needs. The level of care, equipment and help with transfers the customer needs on the road.
- Trip distance. How far the trip runs from the pickup to the destination, often across several states.
- Lead time. How soon the trip needs to happen. More notice gives us more room to plan the route, the vehicle and the crew.
What your quote covers
Your price covers the whole trip, not just the drive. Once you book, we handle the details from start to finish:
- We coordinate with the facility the customer is leaving and the facility they’re going to
- We get our own van and crew in place for the trip
- Our crew looks after the customer’s care and needs along the way
- Our crew handles the drop-off and hand-off on arrival
- Meals and snacks along the way are included in the trip price
You don’t have to manage the moving parts yourself. Every member of our staff is licensed and drug tested.

Paying for your trip
CienOne is private pay. We accept debit and credit cards, checks, Zelle, and wire transfers. Special financing available with the CareCredit credit card*.

Insurance and reimbursement
After your trip, we provide an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance provider when seeking reimbursement or approval. Insurance can be used to pay, but approval is between you and your provider. Coverage sometimes applies when a doctor orders the trip, so check with your provider and the patient’s doctor before you book. CienOne does not process insurance claims.
